CONSTRUCTION AREA: 345 m2 x 3ea

 

 

Located on a dense, small parcelled housing zone. With an introverted approach, solid facades on 3 sides optimize the privacy needs. Transparent faces on court side links the users to outside. 2 storey high glazing in stairhall shed daylight to the inside of solid masses. The high slope roof lowering to the ground floor scales and outlines the building.
